The seminar room is available for use upon prior reservation and approval.

• Even if a reservation has been approved, class assignments take precedence.

If you are unable to use the seminar room due to schedule changes or other reasons, please be sure to cancel your reservation to allow other users to make use of the space.

The classroom facilities and equipment should be managed by the department using them.

For academic events, please submit a reservation request with detailed information regarding the event's purpose.

• (e.g., responsible person, event title, event overview, expected number of attendees, target audience, event schedule, etc.)

Regular reservations can be made up to a maximum of 9 months in advance.

Users are kindly requested to clean up the space after use, including disposing of any trash such as handouts and beverage containers.
